Location: Tampa, 33614 - This position is onsite

Pay: $50,000 to $58,000 depending upon experience

Type: Direct hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri It could vary between 8-5 and 10-7 so they are to assist patients on both shifts. It would depend on the new patient's schedule so it could change. Eventually half day saturday (no date set yet)

Job description:

1. Serve as the polished first and final impression for patients, delivering elevated, white-glove concierge service in a professional (non-scrub) setting that reflects a premium brand experience.
2. Proactively guide patients through every stage of their visit—from arrival to post-treatment check-out—clearly explaining procedures, paperwork, and next steps while anticipating needs and resolving concerns with discretion and care.
3. Personally escort patients to check-out and oversee the process end-to-end; step in to perform EMR check-outs during high-volume periods, inviting patients to your station to ensure a seamless, boutique-level experience.
4. Confidently present, recommend, and upsell additional services and packages aligned with patient goals, demonstrating strong business acumen and comfort with revenue-generating conversations.
5. Manage scheduling, follow-up appointments, referrals, imaging, and insurance coordination while maintaining pristine, accurate records within the EHR system.
6. Lead and elevate the check-in and check-out team by setting performance expectations, managing schedules, and modeling exceptional service standards.
7. Act as a central liaison between patients, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure communication is fluid, issues are addressed promptly, and the patient experience exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

• Must have proven, recent experience with white-glove concierge level service
• Must be comfortable with upselling services
• Strong preference for medical background
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
