We are seeking an energetic and experienced Three Year Old Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students collective and individual needs. This is more than a job, its an opportunity to shape young minds, build meaningful relationships, and be a joyful part of a childs early learning journey. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroomwhere kids can explore and grow
- Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson
- Lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity
- Sing songs, read stories, build block towers (and friendships)
- Partner with families to support each childs development
- Lead with love, patience, and a whole lot of play-based learning
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
Problem-solving and mediation skills.
- HS Diploma Minimum
- Experience working with preschool-age children (3-year-olds are your jam!)
- A strong understanding of child development and best practices in ECE
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- CDA, associate or bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
