Your Responsibilities as Team Leader:
- Mentor, coach, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve exceptional productivity and success.
 - Empower agents to convert leads and close deals through ongoing training and personalized support.
 - Engage in recruiting new talent and expanding our local market presence.
 - Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and service-focused team culture.
 - Lead by example with your own production and commitment to client service excellence.
 
What You Bring to the Table:
- A valid Florida Real Estate License over 3 years of successful residential sales experience.
 - Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team management experience within a brokerage or team environment.
 - A passion for nurturing talent, problem-solving, and driving business growth.
 - Proficiency with modern technology tools such as CRMs, digital contracts, and listing platforms.
 - An in-depth understanding of the local market and a desire to become a recognized local expert.
