POSITION SUMMARY

The Patient Support Representative is the first point of contact for new patients that need to schedule appointments, and acts as a liaison for existing patients. The PSR must provide excellent customer service by using empathy, active listening, and communication skills to accommodate our patient's needs.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Imaging Administrative Assistant is responsible for checking patients in, answering incoming phone calls and preparing patients' charts for their imaging appointment. In addition, the IAA confirms patient appointments, obtains co-payments and communicates with the imaging staff to verify patient orders are accurate.

CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITES:

• 1 year of experience working with patients in either a hospital or office setting (preferred, but not required).
• Must possess a High School Diploma.
• Must maintain HIPAA compliance when accessing Personal Health Information (PHI).
• Must be able to perform physical duties when necessary.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently as part of a team.

PAY RANGE (HOURLY)

$17.24 - $22.14
