Digital Marketing Operations Assistant (Remote)
**Job Description:** > We are a high-growth Creator Marketing Agency seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to manage digital campaigns, link tracking, and creator partnerships across our network. This is a 100% remote, 40-hour-per-week position for someone who loves structured workflows and high-speed execution.
> **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Campaign Setup:** Prepare tracking links, creatives, and assets for scheduled launches.
* **Coordination:** Manage "Swaps" (collaborative campaigns) and ensure all partners have the correct assets.
* **Vault Management:** Keep our digital asset library (images, videos, templates) organized and audit-ready.
* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor link clicks and conversion data in spreadsheets.
* **Team Sync:** Attend daily huddles and provide proactive updates.
> **Qualifications:**
* 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing Ops, Lead Gen, or VA roles.
* Mastery of Google Sheets / Excel and project management tools (ClickUp/Notion).
* High familiarity with Telegram and the digital creator ecosystem.
* Extreme attention to detail—you hate typos and broken links.
