Sales Manager — Bridal Boutique

We are a bridal boutique in Orlando, FL, dedicated to helping brides find the dress of their dreams. Our team provides a warm, personalized, and memorable shopping experience for every bride and guest who walks through our doors.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about fashion, bridal styling, client service, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will lead the boutique’s sales team, drive sales performance, support daily store operations, and ensure every bride receives an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, creating a positive team culture, and working in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate bridal stylists and sales associates.
- Manage daily sales floor activity, appointment flow, and team assignments.
- Drive individual and team sales goals, including conversion rates, average sale, accessories, and follow-up activity.
- Deliver an elevated, consultative bridal shopping experience.
- Support stylists during appointments, client concerns, and closing opportunities.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, scheduling, and team development.
- Maintain showroom presentation, fitting room readiness, and boutique standards.
- Monitor inventory, special orders, gown condition, and client records.
- Support bridal events, trunk shows, promotions, and vendor-related activities.
- Ensure team members follow company policies, customer service expectations, and timekeeping procedures.
- Help create a professional, respectful, and positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail sales management experience required.
- Bridal, formalwear, luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Comfortable using POS systems, appointment software, CRM tools, or similar platforms.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a bridal boutique or special-order retail environment.
- Knowledge of bridal gowns, designers, silhouettes, fabrics, veils, and accessories.
- Experience managing commissioned or goal-based sales teams.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull gowns, garment bags, boxes, and displays up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and assist with gown handling and showroom presentation.
