Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
Panama City, FL
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient practice in Panama City, FL. This role is 100% outpatient with a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The ideal candidate is comfortable caring for a geriatric patient population and has experience in primary care or managed care settings.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $115,000–$130,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination
Manage chronic conditions and treat minor acute illnesses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Florida NP license
Primary care experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
Managed care experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
