Luxury Residential | 40+ Story Towers
A leading South Florida general contractor is expanding its field leadership team and is seeking a High‑Rise Construction Superintendent to support a strong pipeline of three upcoming high‑rise projects, each exceeding 40 stories . These are complex, ground‑up towers requiring an experienced superintendent who understands vertical construction, sequencing, logistics, and life‑safety in dense urban environments.
The Opportunity
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on luxury high‑rise projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, safety, and quality control
- Drive production from structure through finishes and turnover
- Work closely with Project Executives and ownership to maintain aggressive schedules
- Join a contractor with long‑term backlog and repeat high‑rise work
Ideal Background
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on high‑rise projects (25+ stories preferred)
- Strong knowledge of core & shell, vertical concrete, and high‑rise logistics
- Ability to manage large crews and multiple trade stacks
- Hands‑on, organized, and safety‑driven leadership style
