HEAD OF OPERATIONS - HRX

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee the operational management across multiple product lines. As the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and overseeing human resources and supply chain processes. This position will ensure the smooth execution of operational strategies while supporting scalability and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations for all product lines, ensuring efficiency and streamlined processes.
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the operational budgets for each product line, ensuring financial goals are met. Monitor spending and provide financial performance reports for each area.
HR Management: Collaborate with HR to ensure the right staffing levels for each product line. Oversee team performance and resource allocation, ensuring staff aligns with operational goals. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and training efforts to meet business needs.
Supply Chain Oversight: Manage supply chain operations to ensure smooth sourcing, production, and timely delivery of products and services. Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to maintain a seamless supply chain.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to align operational goals with the broader business strategy.
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support growth and scalability.
Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and take steps to mitigate them, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in operational management, including budget oversight, HR responsibilities, and supply chain management in a digital product or omni-channel environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex operations across multiple product lines.
Experience in implementing process improvements and scaling operations to accommodate business growth.
