Security Officer Overnight - Start rate $22
- Knowledge of safety and security equipment, utensils and procedures
- Knowledge and skill in how to diffuse potentially difficult situations.
- Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
- Advance skill using computer, surveillance and communication systems.
- Excellent guest and employee relations skills.
- Reputation for handling situations and confidential information discretely, projecting a positive, professional and supportive outward image and exercising good judgment for the position.
- Strong familiarity with how to effectively deal with situations involving the use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and weapons.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Compliance with uniform, appearance and attendance guidelines as outlined in The Setai Employee Handbook
- Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
- Valid Florida Security license.
- High school diploma required AND three (3) years' experience as a Security Officer in a multi-unit luxury property, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with high profile and high net worth individuals is a plus.
