One of our companies is currently looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer in Canada / United States .

As an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a crucial contributor to the development of our fintech, travel, eCommerce, and/or superapp products. Your role will involve working on both frontend and backend development, primarily with React on the frontend and Python/Node microservices on the backend. You will take ownership of building features, services, and databases, while focusing on deployment, monitoring, debugging, and testing. You will collaborate across teams to contribute to the company's business metrics and improve user experiences.

Accountabilities:

• Build and ship projects end-to-end in a fast-paced and iterative environment.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of features, services, and databases.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects and collaborate with stakeholders to shape future initiatives.
• Conduct experiments and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Take ownership of deployments, monitoring, and testing to ensure seamless functionality.

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, including at least 1 year of backend experience with Python or Node and 1 year working with modern frontend JS frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience working with web services and modern web technologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within an agile team and with various stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with a focus on learning, growth, and impact.
• Proficient in both backend and frontend development, with the flexibility to work on either based on interest and project needs.
• Bonus: Familiarity with additional technologies such as Docker, AWS, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Amplitude, and Snowflake.
