Job SummaryWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in staffing and/or recruitment sales. This is a hybrid/on-site SDR role that combines outbound prospecting with in-person client meetings and relationship building.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through both remote outreach and face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target industries
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or account teams
- Attend in-person client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present staffing/recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and activity targets
Requirements
- Must be based in Miami
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or lead generation
- Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to attend in-person client visits and meetings
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid/on-site role
- Ability to manage both remote outreach and field-based sales activities
