A prominent law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 4 or more years of experience to join its Tampa office . This position offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated construction-related disputes, managing cases either independently or as part of a collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of construction litigation, from case strategy and discovery to motion practice and trial
• Work closely with clients in the construction industry on a variety of legal matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• Manage case files proactively and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas when needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of construction litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases effectively
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
