🧩 What Youll Do:

🗓 Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures efficiently
📋 Verify insurance & obtain pre- authorizations/ pre- certifications
💻 Utilize scheduling software to manage provider calendars
👨👩👧 Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams
🧾 Ensure accurate coding and documentation
Keep things running smoothly in a high- volume setting

🌟 What Were Looking For:

🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
📚 1+ year of healthcare experience REQUIRED
🗂 1+ year of scheduling experience PREFERRED
💬 Strong communication & multitasking skills
💡 Detail- oriented with a proactive mindset
💻 Comfortable navigating computer systems
