ServiceNow Solution Architect
Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, including ITIL, Agile, and CSDM standards.
- Monitor project KPIs and use ServiceNow dashboards to report progress and performance.
- Coordinate testing, training, and go-live support to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps, including module upgrades and new capability rollouts.
