JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs as a team lead for the Customer Service Process and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others to improve operational processes and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Coordinating with multiple processes planning, organizing, and directing activities relating to the implementation and operation of the business process
  • Preparing reports, presentations, issues, or options papers and gathering supporting documentation
  • Identifying specific goals, objectives, and tasks targeting customer experience improvements
  • Providing technical assistance, participating in project planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate and lead meetings
  • Work with others to solve problems and make decisions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external partners.
  • Two years of experience facilitating meetings and/or work groups.
  • Two years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Minimum two years’ experience leading teams, coordinating projects with deadlines.*
  • Minimum two years’ experience making recommendations for process improvements.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • *A degree or education in project management or organizational leadership may substitute on a year for year basis for the required experience.

PREFERENCES:

  • Two years of experience working in the Child Support Program.
  • Experience summarizing conference calls and drafting minutes for distribution.
  • Minimum two years’ experience analyzing performance measures, process functions, and operational plans.
  • Minimum two years’ experience monitoring data and workflows.
  • Minimum one year experience providing guidance and direction on procedures.
  • One-year experience teaching, instructing or coaching others.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is not eligible for telework.
  • This position may be based at any Child Support Program Office statewide.

SALARY: $53,917.08 - $72,570.36
