Staff Accountant
- Help manage full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Help prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and internal controls.
- Help with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across accounting operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger management and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
