Your New Role

As a Customer Advocate Team Member based in West Palm Beach, FL , you’ll be the heart of our customer experience. You’ll help manage project manager schedules, support walk-in clients, and make sure every customer interaction reflects our high standards.

• Route and manage schedules for multiple project managers

• Handle inventory and assist walk-in clients with a welcoming attitude

• Participate in sales activities and consistently follow up with customers

• Communicate by phone and email with internal team members and clients

• Keep things organized and moving efficiently between departments

• 1–2+ years of experience in routing, scheduling, or dispatch preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce is a plus

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A natural people person with an outgoing, positive attitude

• Weekend availability is required

• Can speak Spanish (preferred)

• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
