Position Summary:

The Risk Manager is responsible for leading and supporting The Risk Management Plan through utilization of the T.E.R.M document to reduce liability exposure and promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role collaborates with departments across the organization to identify, analyze, and mitigate clinical and operational risks. Key responsibilities include managing the electronic event reporting system, coordinating the response to adverse events, supporting the patient grievance process, facilitating root cause analyses, and managing local claims in partnership with legal and corporate teams. The Risk Manager also provides risk-related education, maintains compliance with accreditation standards, and analyzes incident data to identify trends and recommend system-wide improvements. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned .

• Bachelor's Degree required
• State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Risk Management related field
• Minimum of one (1) year of Risk Management experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
