In this role, you'll conduct engaging campus tours, establish authentic connections with parents, and shepherd them through a tailored enrollment experience. Simultaneously, you'll ensure our learning environment remains secure, compliant, and welcoming for our community.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting compelling, results-oriented family tours that showcase Alpha's educational philosophy and instill confidence in our innovative approach.
• Implementing strategic communication plans with prospective families to guide them effectively through the enrollment process.
• Maintaining and enforcing comprehensive safety protocols to ensure a visibly secure learning environment.
• Managing all facility-related responsibilities, including maintenance scheduling, vendor relationships, and repair supervision.
• Leveraging data analysis to optimize processes for both operational excellence and enrollment success.

• Performing repetitive administrative tasks within a departmental silo.
• Operating under constraining micromanagement that limits your creativity and initiative.
• Wading through bureaucratic processes that impede meaningful action.
• Focusing exclusively on administrative paperwork without meaningful interaction with our student and family community.

Campus Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the admissions journey while maintaining campus operations at peak performance, supporting Alpha's growth and delivering exceptional value to our families.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record in educational admissions, community engagement, or customer-centric roles.
• Superior communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal intelligence, self-motivation, and autonomous work ethic.
• Experience with or willingness to master school operational management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site at either our Lake Forest, CA or Palm Beach, FL campus.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
