Maintenance Technician
Seacrest Services is a trusted leader in property management, dedicated to maintaining safe, attractive, and well-functioning communities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our properties. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to work as part of a supportive maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks and routine property repairs to ensure community standards are met.
- Assist with minor plumbing and carpentry work as needed.
- Carry out pressure cleaning and painting projects to maintain property appearance.
- Safely operate hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Participate in property inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Follow all established safety procedures while performing assigned duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support other maintenance projects and property needs as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair practices, including minor plumbing and carpentry.
- Experience using hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance work safely.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction.
- English communication skills required.
Compensation
$20.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
