The ideal candidate will be experienced in consultative sales in the staffing industry and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth strategies to drive business expansion and increase our market share.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Provide excellent service to new clients through a consultative approach to new business development

· Create fans of StaffBuildersHR by representing the company in our community and our industry

· Collaborate with the sales team to create effective plans and strategies aligned with company objectives

· Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships within assigned territory through market research and networking

· Address client needs and concerns promptly and efficiently, prioritizing client satisfaction

· Ensure diligent maintenance of the CRM by consistently updating with detailed notes at every stage of the sales process

Who We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B consultative sales with provable history of exceeding revenue goals required

· Minimum 3 years of staffing sales experience with an existing client base preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

· Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, including recruitment processes, workforce trends, and client needs

· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive growth

· Proficiency in CRM software (Bullhorn Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

· High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• $80,000 - $90,000 - First Year On-Target Earnings
