Hourly Rate & Annual Salary:
- Hourly Rate: $34.62 – $52.88
- Annualized: ~$72,000 – $110,000

Job Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients for physical therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on age-appropriate functional abilities
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in line with the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for patient outcomes
- Document treatment progress, reassess and adapt plans as needed
- Promote patient independence through rehabilitative techniques
- Adhere to compliance and safety regulations in a clinical setting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or related field
- Current Licensed Physical Therapist
- BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Capacity to assess and treat across age groups
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab
- Spanish or multilingual proficiency
- Pediatric or geriatric therapy experience
- Manual therapy certification or specialty training
- Familiarity with neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Experience with interdisciplinary team environments
