Customer Service Representative (Jacksonville)

AC Designs is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to delivering a smooth experience for our customers by routing incoming calls and providing clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and service inquires
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Communicate clearly with both customers and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Call center experience preferred
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
