$65,000 - $75,000 Base Yearly

You can sit across from a grieving family, explain the probate process with clarity and confidence, and make them feel supported and organized.

You take ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You anticipate problems and solve them before they escalate.

What You’ll Do Day to Day:

• Manage Florida probate administrations from intake to closing
• Draft pleadings, petitions, inventories, accountings, and related court filings
• Communicate directly with clients, courts, financial institutions, and opposing counsel
• Proactively track deadlines and ensure procedural compliance
• Lead clients step-by-step through the probate process with clarity and professionalism
• Coordinate asset transfers and estate distributions
• Support attorneys in strategy and case management
• Continuously improve internal systems and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Florida probate experience required
• Strong knowledge of Florida Probate Rules and court procedures
• Exceptional organizational skills and deadline management
• Confident client communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
• High emotional intelligence and professional composure
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with case management systems
• Solution-oriented mindset

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with complex or contested estates
