MANAGER FOOD AND BEVERAGE

About the Role:
The Manager of Food and Beverage at Auburn Hospitality Kiss LLC will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service and quality in our dining establishments. This position is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training. The manager will work closely with the culinary team to create innovative dining experiences that meet the diverse needs of our guests. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Ultimately, the success of this position will be measured by the overall performance of the food and beverage department and the satisfaction of our patrons.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in food safety and sanitation.
- Experience with event planning and catering services.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Skills:
The required skills for this role include strong leadership and communication abilities, which are essential for managing a diverse team and ensuring effective collaboration. Financial acumen is crucial, as the manager will need to analyze budgets and sales reports to make informed decisions that enhance profitability.
