Entry Level Sales Representative | Leadership Track

What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with an existing client base
- Learn and execute a proven sales system from day one
- Track daily activity and client interactions using our CRM
- Grow into a leadership role by training and developing incoming team members
- Contribute to team culture, results, and community presence

- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
- Passion for helping people and building relationships
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Clean background and reliable transportation required
