Dune Allen Realty Vacation Rentals – Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Dune Allen Realty is looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Helper to join our growing team! If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and helping create an exceptional guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform daily property visits and inspections.
- Check HOA communities and report any issues.
- Complete basic maintenance work orders.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues and reset equipment when needed.
- Assist guests with TV setup, streaming services, remote controls, and replacing batteries.
- Place trash cans at the curb before scheduled pickup and return them after collection.
- Keep office and property grounds clean by picking up litter, pulling weeds, and performing light landscaping.
- Assist the housekeeping department with property inspections when needed.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure all homes are guest ready.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in Florida weather.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Vacation rental, maintenance, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
