Vineyards Country Club is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-driven Part-Time Fitness Attendant to join our Wellness Center team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for health and wellness in a premier private club environment.

Position Overview:

The Fitness Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained fitness environment for members and guests. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide facility orientations and assist members with fitness amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, locker rooms, and studios.
• Monitor and restock linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Assist with scheduling inquiries and member needs.
• Promote fitness programs, classes, and services.
• Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to member requests.
• Maintain a visible, engaged presence on the fitness floor.
• Support team operations and assist other departments as needed.
• Communicate any member concerns or facility issues to management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and professional with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
