This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join SolarEdge’s North American Commercial Sales Team and have a major part in leading the company’s sales efforts in the commercial and industrial segment of the solar industry, through direct and channel sales.
Location : Remote, located within Mexico
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Strategy: Direct SolarEdge's commercial and industrial growth across the LATAM Market
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that expand our market share and increase adoption of our complete technology ecosystem
- Manage Strategic Accounts: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across manufacturing, agriculture, retail, REITs, education, and healthcare sectors
- Optimize Channel Performance: Coordinate sales activities through EPCs, developers, and distribution partners while developing direct relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide Market Intelligence: Deliver actionable insights on regional market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements to inform product and strategy decisions
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, product management, and executive leadership to align our offerings with market demands

REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales management, particularly with complex engineered solutions
- Experience navigating multiple channels to market including distribution, EPCs, project developers, and end users
- Demonstrated ability to close significant commercial deals and exceed revenue targets consistently
- Technical understanding of commercial solar PV systems and energy infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Track record of building and maintaining productive client relationships at multiple organizational levels
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and financial justification of capital investments
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- English & Spanish Fluency
- Strategic approach to territory development and account planning
- Ability to articulate complex technical and financial concepts to various stakeholders
- Self-motivation and disciplined execution in a remote work environment
- Collaborative mindset that leverages company resources effectively
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable technology
