Partner/Attorney ( {{city}})
A leading construction law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to represent general contractors in complex commercial and infrastructure disputes, often valued at $20M+ . This is a hands-on role managing 48 active cases from start to finish, working directly with experts, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract, delay, and defect litigation
- Draft motions, manage discovery, prep for trial
- Analyze claims, schedules, and damages
- Collaborate with consultants and project teams
Requirements:
- JD + active bar (CA preferred)
- Strong construction litigation background
- Experience with high-value, large-scale disputes
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 $400,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
