Cost Manager & Senior Cost Manager / San Francisco Bay Area

Capstone is working with a leading cost consultancy that is expanding its San Francisco Bay Area team, following a series of major project wins. They are now seeking Senior Cost Managers to support a long-term, high-value redevelopment programme for a blue-chip client.

The role sits within a growing delivery team working across a large, multi-asset campus, including commercial office, life sciences, and complex technical buildings, with individual schemes valued up to $600m+.
With a strong pipeline secured, the team is forecast to grow significantly over the coming years, offering genuine progression opportunities for early joiners.

This opportunity is suitable for both US-based professionals and Quantity Surveyors relocating from the UK or Australia.

Key Requirements:
✅4 - to 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
✅QS Degree

✅Strong capability across pre- and post-contract stages

✅Experience delivering large-scale building projects

✅Background in consultancy, client-side, or main contracting

✅Willingness to be based in San Francisco, with regular site presence in South San Francisco

✅Life sciences or pharma experience is beneficial but not essential.

✅ Strong, stable career history

✅ UK and AUS passport holders
