Golden Talent Solutions has been retained by a highly reputable, fast-growing Personal Injury law firm with offices in Boca Raton and Plantation, Florida, as well as Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas, to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support two Texas-based litigation attorneys from the firm’s Boca Raton office.

This position is based out of the firm’s Boca Raton office and is fully in-office.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume litigation role supporting active Texas personal injury cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing litigation files from filing through trial preparation.

This is not an entry-level position. Prior litigation experience is required. Experience handling Texas litigation matters is a strong plus, as is being bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Support two Texas litigation attorneys with active personal injury litigation files

• Manage litigation deadlines, calendaring, scheduling, and case progression

• Prepare, draft, file, and coordinate litigation pleadings and related documents

• Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, depositions, mediations, and hearing preparation

• Maintain organized and updated electronic case files

• Review and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and vendors

• Assist with trial preparation and overall litigation support

• Help ensure files continue moving efficiently and proactively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience

• Personal Injury litigation experience strongly preferred

• Experience with Texas litigation procedures and filings is a major plus

• Strong understanding of litigation deadlines and court procedures

• Ability to manage multiple active files in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
