As a host or cashier, you're the first and last impression for every guest. With warmth, energy, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, managing seating flow, or processing takeout and payment transactions efficiently, your role is essential to delivering the exceptional Anthony’s experience. You’ll help set the tone for great service and ensure that every guest feels appreciated, comfortable, and taken care of.

• Greet every guest with warmth and energy, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Manage seating and waitlists efficiently to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Accurately handle takeout orders and payments with speed and a smile.
• Stay proactive by keeping the host stand and front-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service that makes every guest feel valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a great guest experience by seating guests promptly and according to their preferences.
• Assist with front-of-house tasks such as restocking menus, condiments, and takeout supplies.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge to answer guest questions and make informed suggestions.
• Understand and follow alcoholic beverage service laws and guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a friendly, welcoming demeanor throughout the shift.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Remain on your feet for the duration of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Uphold ACFP’s commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

We offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Host/Cashier positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to move into full-time roles. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits.
