What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online data platform

What You Bring

• Active BCaBA certification
• Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000+ annual compensation , including performance-based bonuses
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus , paid at 3 and 6 months
• $1,500 CEU reimbursement , including conference travel expenses
• Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between service locations
