ARC Group is recruiting on behalf of a Fortune 500 company seeking an Interim FP&A Manager in Jacksonville, FL. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while delivering strategic insights to support key business and operational decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support organizational decision-making.

• Analyze financial data, prepare forecasts and reports, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans align with business objectives.

• Oversee monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management presentations.

• Drive process improvements across financial systems, reporting, and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Support evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Present key financial insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

• Manage priorities and allocate resources to meet deadlines and performance targets.

• Respond to complex inquiries and ensure FP&A projects are delivered with credibility and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive FP&A or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical expertise.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with financial management software and demonstrated project management ability.
