As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our service department and customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Your role is key in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our service technicians in delivering top-quality automotive service.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their automotive service needs
• Provide accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage workflow to maximize productivity
• Communicate service progress and recommendations clearly to customers
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality work
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and parts orders
• Promote additional service opportunities and company promotions to customers
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive service environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
