As the Lead Customer Service Representative at The MOVEMENT CORPORATION, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience. Join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL, where you will lead a passionate group dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to foster professional growth and performance.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service initiatives with company goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for service improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
