Description:

Operates dispensing and coating equipment to apply conformal coating, masking, and potting materials to circuit boards and electronic assemblies while ensuring product quality, process compliance, and proper machine operation within a manufacturing environment.

*Mon–Thurs 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST

*Must be a U.S. Citizen
*$20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent
*Experience with paint processes and coating applications
*Experience with paints and related coating materials
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
*Detail oriented with ability to follow defined processes
*Basic computer skills
*Ability to perform blueprint reading
*Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

#Job Duties & Functions
*Operates dispensing and coating machines to meet customer specifications
*Masks and tapes circuit boards to protect areas from conformal coating or potting materials
*Inspects assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage and quality standards
*Maintains coating and dispensing equipment to ensure proper operating condition
*Removes excess coating and performs manual touch-up work on assemblies
*Transports racks of circuit boards through various stages of the manufacturing process
*Performs machine maintenance including fluid changes, mixer replacement, and cleaning procedures
*Prepares and applies potting, bonding, and coating compounds to electronic assemblies
*Encapsulates discrete assemblies using specified materials and processes
*Replenishes chemicals, solvents, and process fluids, including safe handling and secondary container use
*Conducts general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment
*Retrieves and delivers materials, tools, and product to support production flow
*Completes required functional training courses and assigned production tasks
