Plant Manager – Full-Service Operations
Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: First Shift
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance Bonuses
A well-established full-service provider with operations in the Orlando area is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee daily plant operations. This leadership position is responsible for coordinating teams across multiple departments, including production, logistics, maintenance, and customer service.
We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong operations background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all plant functions, including production, laundry operations, fleet logistics, and customer service.
- Supervise department leads and monitor operational performance.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management for plant staff.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.
- Drive productivity and cost-efficiency across departments.
- Implement and monitor technology tools (e.g., RFID, GPS, CRM).
- Maintain key supplier relationships for materials and equipment.
- Lead preventive maintenance efforts for plant equipment and fleet vehicles.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align with company standards and practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer service, safety, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within manufacturing, laundry services, or distribution.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex plant operations.
- Experience with technology-driven operations and process improvement.
- Strong decision-making, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
