Job Summary

A respected professional services organization in Orlando, FL is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the leader of its Real Estate practice group. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting senior-level leaders, managing complex workflows, and serving as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal teams.

The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping schedules, client communications, billing coordination, contract tracking, and practice operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, polished, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. Candidates with experience in legal, real estate, professional services, corporate administration, or executive support environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Real Estate practice leader, including calendar management, workflow coordination, and daily prioritization.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, client communications, materials, logistics, and follow-up items.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external business contacts.
- Assist with client management activities, billing coordination, contract administration, documentation, and deadline tracking.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, records, and business documents.
- Maintain accurate files, databases, and confidential information while supporting administrative filings and business/entity searches as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $67,000 to $72,000 annually.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite in Orlando, FL 32801.
- Parking: Paid parking provided.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage administrative operations, scheduling, client communication, and workflow support for a real estate practice leader.
- Coordinate billing support, contract tracking, documentation, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Prepare, proofread, edit, and maintain professional documents, correspondence, reports, and records.
- Support meetings, project coordination, internal communication, and practice operations.

- 3 or more years of administrative support experience in a legal, real estate, professional services, or corporate environment.
- Strong executive administrative skills with the ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and time-sensitive requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading, editing, and document preparation abilities.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Professional demeanor with strong client service skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior professionals, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Orlando, FL.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting attorneys, executives, partners, practice leaders, or senior-level professionals.
- Background in real estate law, commercial real estate, law firms, legal services, or professional services environments.
- Familiarity with legal documents, contracts, billing processes, practice management systems, or client management workflows.
- Litigation support experience is welcome but not required.
