Remote Client Agent - Entry Level

As a Benefit CSR Specialist , you will play a vital role in helping clients understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health benefits—all through virtual Zoom meetings from the comfort of your home.
This position allows you to build meaningful, long-term client relationships while supporting our mission to protect families and provide financial peace of mind.
Responsibilities
• Contact clients who have requested information regarding their benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom
• Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Complete accurate documentation and reports following each client interaction
• Provide exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Suggested Qualifications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Basic computer proficiency for virtual meetings and digital documentation
• Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
• Outgoing and engaging personality focused on client satisfaction
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prior leadership experience is a plus, with clear opportunities for advancement
