Senior Product Manager
Job Overview
At Dynasty, we are developing an integrated platform that consolidates essential tools for customer-facing teams—including CRM, analytics, workflows, content management, service/ticketing, and knowledge—into a unified interface. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining strategy, shaping the roadmap, and overseeing the commercialization of this platform. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering team in an agile environment.
In this role, you will work directly with developers, engaging in day-to-day discussions and ensuring clear communication of product requirements. You will actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to drive alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner daily with engineering leads and developers to clarify requirements, unblock delivery, and ensure technical trade-offs are well understood.
- Participate in design reviews, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to confirm user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and testable.
- Validate developed solutions against business objectives and UX standards before release; champion quality through demos, UAT, and regression sign-off.
- Define the product north star, value proposition, and multi-year strategy; translate them into quarterly OKRs and KPIs.
- Own the multi-release roadmap, sequencing high-impact capabilities like AI-driven features, workflow automation, data sync, and embedded service experiences.
- Manage a defined backlog ensuring that all devops are tickets have sufficient requirements and acceptance criteria, and are prioritized based on product and team key results.
- Establish a prioritization framework balancing user value, business outcomes, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Foster a culture of shared ownership between product and engineering—where developers understand the “why” and PMs understand the “how.”
- Adoption, enablement & go-to-market
- Build enablement (tours, guides, webinars, training plans) and maintain a crisp “what/why/how” release cadence for customers and internal teams.
- Create structured feedback loops (advisory councils, betas, in-product surveys) and turn insights into roadmap decisions.

- At least 5 years of experience leading and managing the product function for a large-scale application
- Proven success driving adoption through sustained user-centered product innovation
- A strong history of relationship building and collaboration with Engineering organizations
- Ability to lead projects and establish effective working relationships across a complex startup environment
- Highly adept at informing product direction through data-driven analysis and direct user study
- Possesses an intuitive grasp of the small but crucial details that elevate product functionality into compelling and even magical experiences for end users
- Collaborative orientation and exceptional communication skills
- A player-coach leadership mentality with proven success at developing product management talent
- Passion for the wealth industry and the Dynasty Financial Partners experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field or highly relevant experience in lieu of education
