Administrative Support Specialist
- Collect and analyze data
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues as well as information gathering
- Receive and route internal and external telephone calls and emails, the answers to which may involve the interpretation of policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on Toll Enforcement Invoice disputes and determine the best course of action to prevent further events
- Manage interoperability agency requests for information and resolutions. Document and report activities to management
- Assist and interact with customers in helping to resolve customer complaints and/or questions related to TOLL-BY-PLATE documents and other related enforcement activities
- Work with large volumes of data in an efficient and effective manner
- Perform other duties or special projects as required
- Extensive knowledge of office and administrative procedures and practices
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, data entry, and PC skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and individuals
- Skilled in spreadsheet and word processing programs
- Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
