Requirements
Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
IV skills and wound care
General Medical Dx
High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke
Post-op care BLS Required
FL license or a compact license required
COVID-19 Vaccine & Flu Vaccine : Required
