Wound RX is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients while driving marketing campaigns and strategies to promote Wound RX services. As the Marketing Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in both the development and execution of marketing initiatives that will support our business goals and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Wound RX
• Campaign Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates, resolving concerns, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
• New Business Development: Identify new opportunities to expand our client base by prospecting, cold calling, and engaging with potential clients.
• Project Management: Manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new marketing technologies that can enhance client strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Preferred • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
