Driving Range Attendant

Esplanade Golf & Country Club , located in Naples, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Driving Range Attendant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Evening shifts; a few hours per day (range closing)

• Collect and clean golf balls using range equipment

• Prepare the driving range for the following day, including resetting targets and teeing areas

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the practice facility

• Secure the driving range at closing

• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to golf operations staff

• Adhere to all club policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Strong reliability and punctuality

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable working outdoors during evening hours

• Ability to perform light physical tasks

• Prior golf or club experience preferred, but not required
