Quality Manager

salary: $110,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
in accordance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001, IPC, and
customer-specific requirements.
 Lead internal and external quality audits, including customer and
certification audits.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to
electronics manufacturing.
 Maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and
records.
Production Quality Oversight
 Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and process
consistency.
 Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
 Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-
conformances and customer complaints.
 Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
and implement process improvements.
 Establish and monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection procedures.
Supplier Quality Management

The essential functions of this role include:
