Senior Exterior Sales Representative

1099 Commission | High-Demand Territory | Roofing Sales Experience Required

Gulf Shield Roofing is expanding into the Clearwater and St. Petersburg market and is hiring an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to help manage a high-demand territory.

This is an active overflow territory with company-provided leads and strong income potential. We are looking for someone who is already active in roofing sales and can operate independently with the support of a strong production, CRM, and operations team behind them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run company-provided leads and close roofing projects
• Generate additional business through networking and referrals
• Handle roof inspections, estimates, and customer follow-up
• Work with both repair and full replacement opportunities
• Support customers through the sales process
• Communicate clearly with production, operations, and internal support teams
• Represent Gulf Shield Roofing professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

• Current roofing sales experience required
• Experience with retail roofing sales, insurance roofing sales, or both
• Understanding of inspections, estimates, claims, and the roofing sales cycle
• Ability to work independently in a 1099 role
• Self-motivated, competitive, and professional
• Comfortable working approximately 40–60 hours per week
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills

Compensation

• Average commission per project: $4,000+
• Approximately 20% payout on deals
• $1,500 monthly bonus at $125K in revenue, with higher scaling opportunities

About the Territory

Gulf Shield Roofing is building a 2-person team to support Pinellas County. This market already has customer demand, and the goal is to stabilize and grow the territory.

This role is a strong fit for someone who wants ownership of a territory, room to grow, and the ability to earn at a high level without having to build everything from scratch.

Growth Opportunity

Top performers will have the opportunity to move into a team builder or leadership role as the territory grows. Advancement is expected before the end of 2027 for the right person.
