How you will make an impact: 

As a Maintenance Technician at St. Mark Village, you are responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, while adhering to confidentiality and safety procedures. You will ensure the facility remains in good condition by inspecting apartments, handling emergency repairs, and maintaining equipment and vehicles. Additional duties include moving furniture, replenishing water softener salt, changing filters, and repairing machines. The role also involves reporting any incidents of potential abuse and attending mandatory in-services as part of a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.

What you will need: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in renovations (required).
• Trade school degree and/or 2 years of related experience with a CG (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
